ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Get to know me and the brand: my name is Kaylan Reid, I am a Designer & Bridal Stylist with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design. After a decade in the Fashion Industry and working for Pronovias Bridal in Beverly Hills my heart was ready to branch out on my own and start a business back in my hometown of Rogers, AR. My designs can be purchased online or exclusively at Something You Bridal where I first formed my love for the industry when working as a consultant during college. I was originally a nursing major locally before falling in love with the Bridal world so much that I changed majors and moved halfway across the country to chase my dream career! I greatly value my local community and how it shaped who I am today, which is why all products are made by hand right here in Northwest Arkansas out of my in-home studio, and all materials are proudly sourced in the U.S.A. by other small business owners just like myself! The name Arabella Reid is so special to me as Arabella is not only Latin for beautiful, graceful, and yielding to prayer but is also the title of my favorite song. Reid is my family name and also a Scottish nickname for "red" an ode to my heritage and childhood nickname "Little Red". The initials of the brand creating a playful nod to my home state of Arkansas! I have carefully curated every part of my business to tell a story and uniquely represent me as a designer, and I will be just as thoughtful in curating a design that uniquely represents you as a Bride!
